Black Boy Fly Book

This book is part memoir, part call to action.

It reflects my journey growing up as a Ghanaian-American in the Deep South and how those experiences shaped my identity, purpose, and desire to address issues affecting Black boys and young men.

In Black Boy Fly, I share stories from my life and lessons learned along the way, including reflections on fatherhood, identity, education, and the power of legacy. It’s written with one goal in mind: to inspire the next generation to rise above their circumstances and fly toward their purpose.

This book laid the foundation for the work I do through Conscious Conversation as a platform for community engagement, and Black Boy Fly as a platform for youth empowerment.
